The furniture is made from Radiata Pine wood which is hand finished with a smooth waxed rich Jacobean Walnut finish that nourishes and protects the wood and enhances the natural grain. The wood is kiln dried preventing size distortion and splitting, all joints are expertly finished with dovetail or pegged joints.
The mortise and tenon joint is the simplest and most rudimentary of joining two pieces of wood together and has developed over thousands of years.
